Halliday Law, L.L.C. is a Central Illinois law firm dedicated to providing aggressive, compassionate legal representation to individuals and families facing some of life's most difficult challenges. Founded by Patrick E. Halliday, our firm brings over two decades of litigation experience to every case we take on.

Patrick E. Halliday

Mr. Halliday is the founding attorney of the firm and a graduate of DePaul University College of Law. He began his legal career as a litigator in Chicago, working with some of the most reputable firms in the city, before returning to Central Illinois to open his own practice with a singular focus: giving every client the aggressive, personal representation they deserve.

With over 20 years of experience in wrongful death, personal injury, workers' compensation, and criminal defense, Mr. Halliday has built a reputation as a tenacious advocate who genuinely cares about his clients and their families. He is licensed to practice throughout the state of Illinois.
