Founding Attorney
Mr. Halliday has spent over 20 years fighting for injured individuals and families as well as those wrongly accused across the state of Illinois. A graduate of DePaul University College of Law, he began his career as a litigator in Chicago working for some of the most reputable firms before returning home to central Illinois and founding the firm with a singular focus: giving every client the aggressive, personal representation they deserve.
Quality legal representation should never be out of reach. We offer multiple payment structures to fit your situation, so the cost of hiring an attorney is never a barrier to protecting your rights. For personal injury and wrongful death cases, we work on a contingency basis — meaning we only get paid if we recover money for you. For criminal defense matters, we charge a flat fee and offer flexible monthly payment plans designed to work within your budget.
Personal Injury & Wrongful Death
You pay nothing unless we win. Our fees come from the settlement or verdict — never out of your pocket upfront.
Criminal Defense
We offer flexible monthly payment plans to make quality criminal defense representation affordable and accessible.
Not sure which option is right for you? Let's talk about it. During your free consultation, we'll explain all fees and payment options clearly so you know the cost before you commit — with no hidden charges and no surprises.
Real outcomes for real people across Central Illinois. Our clients' stories reflect the dedication, compassion, and relentless advocacy we bring to every case we take on.
